- Around the 1st of each month you'll receive your Golden West statement
- On the 20th of each month your current balance is due
- Around the 27th or 28th of each month accounts with delinquent balances will be mailed a final notice
- On the first business day following the 6th of each month any account with a delinquent balance becomes subject to disconnection
- Permanent disconnection includes all internet services such as Email, Web, Dialup, DSL and Cable Internet.
