Mallorie, 20, is the daughter of Jim and Tracie Haley of Winner. Jim works as a combination technician in Golden West’s Winner office. Congratulations to the Halley family for both Mallorie’s success and for sister McKenzie, 22, being crowned Miss Rodeo South Dakota in January.
