Matthew Birkeland will receive a $1,000 Golden West Scholarship
A 2023 graduate of Jones County High School, Matthew is the son of Le Ann and Jeff Birkeland. Matthew’s school activities included track, cross country, football, basketball, National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Student Council. This fall, Matthew will pursue a degree in business finance at Dakota State University and will play football for the Tigers.
