Zoey Bartmann will receive a $1,000 Golden West Scholarship
A 2023 graduate of Montrose High School, Zoey is the daughter of Joe and Jaimie Bartmann. This fall, Zoey plans to pursue a degree in digital media and design with a focus in marketing at Dakota Wesleyan University.
