T'Lea Rouillard will receive a $1,000 Golden West Scholarship
A 2023 graduate of Oelrichs High School, T’Lea is the daughter of T’Mara Twiss and Lee Rouillard. T’Lea’s school activities included volleyball, basketball, track, student council, prom committee, and Peer Mentors. T’Lea plans to pursue a degree in the health care field at Western Dakota Tech to become a phlebotomist.
