Thayne Elshere will receive a $1,000 Golden West Scholarship
A 2023 graduate of Sturgis Brown High School, Thayne is the son of Lindsay and JJ Elshere. Thayne plans to pursue a welding degree at Gillette College in Wyoming and will be on the Pronghorn’s rodeo team.
