Leona Ritter will receive a $1,000 Golden West Scholarship
A 2023 graduate of Todd County High School, Leona’s school activities included multiple sports and extracurricular activities. Leona will attend the University of South Dakota and after graduation plans to return to the Rosebud Reservation to impact the community in a positive way.
