Hill City Maintenance
Golden West is making improvements to its network to strengthen your cable TV and internet connection today and prepare to support faster internet speeds in the future.
As part of those efforts, Golden West needs to perform maintenance in your area. This work requires us to temporarily interrupt all services to which you subscribe – including cable TV and internet service – for 5 to 20 minutes, at least once and perhaps multiple times, but all in one day between:
Monday, Sept. 28, and Friday, Oct. 23, 2026.
The number of times your service will be disrupted depends on where your address is located in relation to Golden West infrastructure. We apologize for interrupting your service and for the delay in notifying you.
Golden West mailed a letter to those impacted on Wednesday, Sept. 23, and sent an email on Thursday, Sept. 24, regarding this maintenance schedule. See below and check back for the updates.
If your service remains offline following the maintenance, please reboot your system. Simply unplug your router or set top box, then wait one minute and plug it back in. If your service does not connect after completing these steps, call us at 1-855-888-7777, option 1.
