New Voting Options Added
Starting this year, you can vote online, by mail, or in person for Golden West’s 72nd Annual Meeting. Here’s what you need to know:
- If two more valid candidates run for one open seat on the Board of Directors, letters will mail on August 12 to members. The letters will include instructions for voting online, which will open August 12.
- Those who prefer to vote by mail must request a paper ballot. Ballots will be sent out beginning August 12.
- Voting online and by mail will close on September 24 at 11:59 p.m. Ballots that are mailed in must be received before this time, so ballots should be mailed as soon as possible.
- Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS), a third-party service, will handle voting done online or by mail.
