December 4, 2025
- MasTec has three directional drilling crews on the project. One crew is boring along Snow Lane. The second is working on Ridgeview Drive, Country Club Drive, Country Road, and Pine Drive. The third crew is along Country View Road and Country View Drive.
- The crew plowing lines to customer homes is focusing on East Cascade Mountain Road, private drives off Cascade Road, Ridgeview Road, Clubview Drive, and Country Road.
- The mainline plow crews are placing cable along East Cascade Mountain Road, Country View Drive, and Country View Road. A secondary crew is working along private drives off Cascade Road, Oak Road, and Country View Drive.
- Vantage Point began upgrading customers to fiber earlier this week.

November 26, 2025
- Crews are off for the Thanksgiving holiday. They will return next Monday and Tuesday.
- Vantage Point has been scheduling upgrade appointments for the area of the project where the fiber has been spliced and tested. They plan to begin installations on December 2.

November 20, 2025
- MasTec has three directional drilling crews on the project. One crew is boring along Snow Lane. The second is working along West Cascade Mountain Road and Mountain Drive. The third crew is working along Country View Road.
- The mainline plow crews are placing cable along West Cascade Mountain Road and East Cascade Mountain Road. A second crew is working in the in the backyard easement between Green Acres Road and Country View Road.
- The crew plowing lines to customer homes will be on West Cascade Mountain Road, East Cascade Mountain Road, private drives off Cascade Road, and Country View Road next week.
- Some residents have asked about the rock saw trenches. Golden West is committed to restoring the land where Fiber to the Home construction takes place. After one crew cuts the trench, it may be a few weeks before a second crew places cable inside it. As soon as the cable is buried, a cleanup crew immediately begins the process of restoring the land to its previous contours. Grass is seeded, which will take a variable amount of time to grow based on rainfall.
