Blind/Visually Impaired Options
Blind or visually impaired cable TV customers can request a device equipped with a voice-enabled user interface. A “talking guide” will help customers by reading channel names, program titles and descriptions. Once a program is selected, the talking guide will also add audio descriptions of the visual elements of a program.
