We have several convenient options to choose from:
Automated Payment: By far, the easiest way to pay! Set up AutoPay to have your monthly Golden West payment debited from your bank account or charged to your credit/debit card. Sign up online or download an authorization form to get started.
You'll still receive a paper bill or e-statement, but won't have to worry about arranging your payment each month.
You can choose from one of four monthly dates for your automatic payment. Select the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th of each month, whichever date works the best for you! Be sure to consider your bill due date when selecting a payment date to avoid late fees and ensure that you can review your bill prior to payment.
Automated Pay by Phone: Make a payment by phone at anytime when you have a credit card or bank account on file with Golden West. Call 1-855-888-7777, option 2, and follow the prompts.
Check by Phone: Provide your check information over the phone to process your one-time payment.
Credit or Debit Payment: Call our friendly representatives to make a one-time payment with your card.
Register with eStatement and Pay Online: Secure one-time payments can be made here. eStatement is free and you can view your statements at any time!
