Golden West will be performing a planned maintenance to our Webmail platform starting at 11 p.m. MDT on Oct. 10 and finishing by 12 a.m. MDT on Oct. 11. During this one hour maintenance, Webmail will be unavailable.

Fall Sun Outages

Fall Sun Outages will occur around Oct. 4-14 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you experience a channel outage for longer than 20 minutes, call our office at 1-855-888-7777, option 1. Sun outages occur twice a year around the spring and autumn equinoxes. Intense solar radiation can interfere with satellite transmissions to CATV systems, but disruptions are brief and predictable.

On Wednesday, October 4th, there will be a scheduled test of the Wireless Emergency Alert system at 12:20 PM MDT! During this time, every TV, radio, and cellphone across the United States will activate and emit an electronic warning tone.
